She earned her doctorate in economics in her twenties and spent a decade in higher education as a professor, administrator, and international speaker. In her executive roles at an investment consulting firm and national nonprofit, she had a hectic travel schedule and high-pressure responsibilities.
In her own calling to step into bigger impact, Katie has pivoted Burnout Proof from a boutique coaching practice into a scaling enterprise with wider reach through its programming. Additionally, Katie is currently working on an initiative focused on systems change to unleash human capital.
